At iHeart Fitness we’ve spent years of trial and error and countless hours of research, in workshops, and courses learning how heart fitness helps reduce the risk of disease. Physical fitness definitely plays a huge role in total fitness, so we’ve taken the same approach with it.

Our four-phased approach teaches specifically about your risk for heart disease, and through our unique self-discovery process, we design a strategy to help reduce your risk and give you more time to do the things you love.

At the end of your 6-month journey, you’ll have a much clearer understanding of your risk factor, and how it could lead to heart disease. You’ll discover how to verbalize and visualize your motivation, and use it as a permanent driving force throughout your process and life. 

You’ll also learn to create heart healthy meals and snacks with the foods you love, identify which types of exercises meet your fitness goals, and define accountability standards. Your customized strategy is your roadmap for success.
